Kulani Kinis Watch Warranty
We offer a 12 month warranty for all of our Kulani Kinis watches. Our time pieces are made to the highest quality standards. Your watch is covered by our warranty against any issues in manufacturing which includes the watch movement, dial and/or hands.
Your warranty is valid 12 months from the date of purchase. Please retain your receipt (email invoice) for proof of purchase. Please note general wear and tear is not covered by our warranty.
General wear and tear includes creases to the leather band which are normal and will develop over time. Please keep in mind perspiration, perfume and other lotions can impact on the state of your watch band. Scratches to the case or sapphire glass are also not covered. Please be careful when wearing, travelling with or carrying your time piece. Battery replacements are to be undertaken by the owner of the watch. Damages caused by repairs or adjustments carried out by a third party without prior consent from Kulani Kinis are also not covered under warranty.
Return shipping is to be covered by the customer for any warranty claims. If a replacement is needed Kulani Kinis will cover costs of associated shipping. Please email email@example.com for help anytime.
Kulani Kinis watches are 3 ATM Water Resistant: this means that the watch is protected against minor splashes of water. 3 ATM water resistant watches cannot be worn during showering, bathing, swimming or diving. Watches should not be exposed to more than minor splashes of water or to chemical substances such as perfume, cosmetics and cleaning products (these can also lead to discolouration of the leather band).
The buyer acknowledges and agrees that Kulani Kinis jewellery is fragile and will break if not handled with care. The warranty on jewellery only relates to demonstrable production errors.

Watch Exchanges & Returns
We offer both exchanges and returns for our watches. Please email email@example.com to initiate this process. To be eligible for an exchange or return, please note your watch must be in the original packaging, in unworn condition and must be within 10 days of receiving your purchase.
Once your watch is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We want to offer you girls the best experience we can! Now we have two websites for different parts of the world depending on where you live. You can switch between the two websites in the top right hand corner of the website on desktop, or in mobile you can switch in the main drop down menu.

First of all, our apologies! Sometimes when you return to your cart and complete your purchase, difficulties can arise. However your checkout will complete if you clear your history/cache and/or reset your browser.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your confirmation email to be received in your registered email address box. We recommend checking your Junk mail or Spam folder as well. If you do not receive a confirmation email within this time frame, please send an email to the team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where is my order? I have not received it yet!
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder, as it may have been received there.

My size is unavailable - when will it be back in stock?
Please email us with the style and colour you are interested in and we can let you know if more stock is coming. Additionally, if we don't cater for your current measurements, please email us with our products you are interested in and we will take this feedback into account for future runs.
What fabrics do we use?
Kulani Kinis are made from a blend of nylon and lycra commonly referred to as "Italian Lycra". They are delicate and soft to feel!
Can I order a different size top & bottom?
Absolutely! All of our bikinis are sold as separate tops and bottoms.
How do you recommend I care for my swimwear?
Hand wash in cold water and use a mild soap or detergent. No bleach. Never put your swimwear in the dryer. To dry please hang or lay flat in a shady area. Try to avoid oils and tinted sunscreen. Fake tanning products can also mark your bikini. If using these products please ensure they are completely dry before they come in contact with your bikini.
Please Note: Bright Colours/Fluros. We strongly recommend you pre-wash these garments separately in cold water with a teaspoon of salt. Some colours are not colourfast and you will find the dye will run after multiple hand washes. Continue to wash separately in cold water after each use.
