Find Your Order Number And Email

Check your order confirmation emails that we sent you - you can find all your details there. If you need any help please email us at for assistance.

Download Prepaid Return Label - This Costs $10

When you click this button - you will be pushed off our website to our returns processor which is Omni Parcel. On their portal please input your order number and email address. You will then be able to select which styles in your order you wish to exchange, please just select the items you want to change out!

If the item you want to exchange is unable to be selected it may be a final sale item.

The cost of the label is $10 because this covers the cost of shipping your order back to Los Angeles. Your order is then opened and inspected thoroughly. Your order is then shipped back to Australia and processed through our warehouse there. All of that work is pretty good for the cost of two cups of coffee!

Please note, once you choose store credit we cannot offer an exchange or refund on any items you apply the amount to.

We Receive & Inspect Your Items

Our returns facility has the best merbabes in the world who open every package and inspect your items - pleasure ensure your items meet our criteria or they will not be accepted by our team.

We require your items to be delivered and inspected before we can issue your refund or credit note. Our facility manages several brands and so it may take a day or two to be opened and inspected once it arrives.

We Will Issue A Refund To You

When your refund or store credit is processed, a member from our team will reach out and confirm the details via email.

Your refund will be processed via the same payment method that you used to place your order. Please allow 5-10 days for this to occur.
