Please know that all orders using code 'Bikini20' will be exchange only on full priced items. If you order an item from our sale section and also use the code 'Bikini20' then we cannot offer a refund or exchange. So please reach out for sizing help in advance!

Please know we cannot offer exchanges or returns for any pieces purchased from our sale section unless your items are damaged upon receiving them, or they are not the correct product(s) you ordered.

We accept exchanges and refunds for all of our products within 20 days of the date of delivery.

Printing a return label with Omni costs $8. This cost covers the service + labour of processing and checking your piece/s and then shipping the pieces back to us, here in Australia.

All items must have original tags, labels and hygiene stickers (if applicable) in place and unaltered in ordered to be accept for refund/exchange. Items must not be worn, have any markings/substances on the item or its label and hygiene sticker, and it must not have been washed. If your item does not meet these requirements when returned, please note that we will charge a handling fee of $15 per item affected and this will automatically be deducted from any refunds issued. Items damaged or permanently stained cannot be refunded or returned. If we receive an item in this condition, we will contact you and advise of this.

If you return 4 or more items in your order for a refund we will unfortunately need to deduct a handling fee of $12 from your refund. This cost is cover our expenses with having to collect your pieces, inspect them and then have them shipped back to Sydney Australia. We hope you understand. Orders that return less than 4 items will not be subject to this charge.

We cannot accept exchanges or returns on our headband and scrunchies for hygiene reasons.

Please note: for all discounted, sale or promotional items sold, purchases are final and exchanges/refunds will not be granted unless your items are damaged upon receiving them, or they are the not the correct product(s) you ordered.

You can use our 10% email sign up code and it will not affect your ability to exchange or return!

We cover the costs of express shipping of your first exchange to you! :)

We are happy to exchange items for different sizes, prints or styles as long as the above conditions are met. 

Please note: The shipping cost to return your item to Kulani Kinis for your exchange is at your own expense and we recommend using a postal service which allows tracking as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. 

 

More Information On Returns

Refunds will be issued when returned items are received. Please allow 4-7 days for payment to process. You will be reimbursed via the same method you used to pay.

If you order items from Kulani Kinis and refuse delivery from DHL International Express or any other postal service because you no longer want the parcel when it arrive - you will be charged $30 which covers the cost of shipping the item originally to you and the return shipping to us. This amount will be deducted from the amount being refunded to you.

 

Help! I received my order but there is something wrong!

While we hope this never happens, if you do receive an incorrectly sized item or immediately find a manufacturing fault, please contact us at info@kulanikinis.com and we will help resolve your issue as fast as we can.
